I am an experienced management consultant with over 20 years of experience in leading and delivering projects, programmes, and portfolios across the private, public, and charitable sectors. My consulting journey began with KPMG and Serco, where I gained invaluable expertise before establishing my own consulting and interim practice.

I have successfully led, managed, and consulted on a wide range of business change and technology transformation initiatives. These include implementing new ways of working, office refurbishments and staff relocations, systems implementations, digital/cloud transformations, in/outsourcing, rebranding, restructuring, and infrastructure projects.

Additionally, I have extensive experience in setting up and managing Corporate PMOs. Over the years, I’ve built a robust network of trusted associates who can provide support for assignments, addressing gaps in both capability and capacity.

Programme and Transformation Manager responsible for overseeing the migration of applications, servers, and related infrastructure to Azure, SaaS solutions, and a new on-premises platform. Delivered the implementation of SharePoint Online and OneDrive to support the organisation’s digital transformation goals.

Innovate UK

Project Assurance Officer providing end-to-end project assurance for government-sponsored initiatives. Managed a portfolio of approximately 20 projects with a combined value exceeding £5 million, ensuring compliance with governance standards from inception to closure.

GoodShape

Transformation and PPM Consultant leading the delivery of a rebranding programme for a ‘well being’ service provider Designed a change portfolio aligned with corporate objectives, supporting the successful execution of the organisation’s growth strategy.

London Borough of Havering

Digital Strategic Portfolio Manager overseeing a portfolio of approximately 25 projects and programmes. Responsibilities included portfolio design, pipeline development, and ensuring alignment with corporate and IT strategies. Key programmes included Smarter Working, MS Dynamics, Master Data Management (MDM), and a Covid shielding system.

Network Homes

PPM Consultant supporting the Transformation and IT Director in delivering several large-scale business and technology programmes, including New Ways of Working and MS Dynamics implementations. Additionally, responsible for establishing and operationalizing a PMO.

Ministry of Defence

Conducted a diagnostic assessment and led the turnaround of a £1 billion investment portfolio. This involved redefining and realigning the portfolio, which encompassed accommodation, offices, and housing at Catterick Garrison.
